You have fourteen days to withdraw without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last good.

Return rights apply exclusively to orders from individuals coming from France.

For commercial orders, agreements can be agreed after negotiation.

However, in accordance with the provisions of article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of personalized items according to the Customer's specifications; which is particularly the case for the products marketed by the Company INNOVAT' OB , which it produces in accordance with the Customer's instructions.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal is excluded for the following contracts:

– contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;

– contracts for the supply of goods likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;

– contracts for the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;

Customized products

Products personalized by INNOVAT' OB at the customer's request cannot be returned or exchanged, and therefore cannot be refunded. The customer does not benefit from a right of withdrawal on these products. In the event that the order is canceled before the start of manufacturing, a credit note will be established.

Non-personalized products

For non-personalized products ordered from INNOVAT' OB, the customer will have 7 working days from receipt of the order to withdraw.

He must, within the deadline referred to above, send an email to innovatobpro@gmail.com, stating his desire to withdraw.
